1. Nature of Service
By purchasing access to one of our custom GPTs, you understand that you will receive a link to access it via ChatGPT. Access requires a free OpenAI ChatGPT account.
2. “As Is” Offer & No Guarantees
All custom GPTs are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that any information, suggestions, data, or outputs generated by the GPT will be correct, complete, or suitable for your individual needs.
3. User Caution and Responsibility
Artificial intelligence may produce inaccurate or unexpected results.
You must not rely solely on any advice, response, or content given by the GPT.
Always review and use independent judgment before making decisions based on outputs from the GPT.
4. No Professional Advice
Outputs from the GPT are not a substitute for professional advice in any field (including legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). You use all content at your own risk.
5. Platform Availability & Limitations
We will keep our GPTs available and maintain an active ChatGPT account to the best of our ability.
However, we have no control over the ChatGPT platform or OpenAI’s services. We are not liable for:
Any interruptions, errors, or downtimes in the ChatGPT platform
Changes by OpenAI that affect the availability or functionality of your purchased GPT
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to maintaining access to your purchased GPT through our active account. We are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from your use of the GPT or any technical or platform issues outside our control.
7. No Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for interruption or discontinuation of service caused by third-party (OpenAI) platform changes or failures.
8. Modifications
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our GPTs after such changes constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
